1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
OMNI AI CORP. (hereinafter referred to as "OMNI AI", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website www.withomni.ai. For the purposes of the European Union’s (“EU”) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and other applicable privacy laws, OMNI AI is a data controller (“Controller”) in relation to the personal data of our former and current employees, directors, officers, management, representatives, clients, service providers, website visitors, and whistleblowers.
Likewise, OMNI AI is a Business (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together, “CCPA”)), and other US state privacy laws, subject to their applicability to OMNI AI.
For the purposes of the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws, OMNI AI is a data processor (“Processor”) in relation to personal data processed in connection with our provision of the Services. Therefore, when processing such personal data, we are doing so on behalf of our clients, who are Controllers of such personal data. Such processing is governed by the applicable Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) with the relevant client.

We collect various categories of personal data (“Personal Data”) in order to meet our contractual obligations, legal requirements, and legitimate interests.
Engagements with Clients and Service Providers: We collect business names, representative names, business email addresses, and job titles. This is required to process inquiries and provide our Services.
Provision of Services: We process names, email addresses, and audio recordings of support service calls (excluding identification and credit card numbers) on behalf of our clients.
Website Visitors: We collect IP addresses, URL paths, browser types, and interaction data to optimize website performance.
Employees and Candidates: We collect identifiers, professional history, and contact information for employment and evaluation purposes.
Whistleblowing: We collect names and contact details (unless submitted anonymously) to respond to internal reports in compliance with legal standards.

OMNI AI neither sells nor shares Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes. We disclose Personal Data only under the following circumstances:

4. WHERE WE STORE AND TRANSFER YOUR DATA

EEA/UK to USA: Conducted via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Protection Framework.

OMNI AI retains Personal Data only for as long as required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data that is no longer required is anonymized or securely deleted.
